Registration is open for the North Shore Chamber of Commerce’s 4th Annual Business Expo and “Living Farm to Table” Dinner, Thursday, May 17 at Turtle Bay Resort. The Business Expo is an educational and networking opportunity for the North Shore business community. This year’s Expo is featuring seminars on agriculture business and marketing with a focus on retail and food service on the North Shore. The highlight of the event is a “Farm to Table” dinner with tasting stations featuring local chefs and ingredients.
The featured chefs will be: John Armstrong of 21 Degrees North; Fred DeAngelo of Ola; Mark Fitzek of Haleiwa Joe’s; Hector Morales of Turtle Bay Resort; Mike Neubert of Lei Lei’s; and Luis Silva of LuiBuenos. His son, Dr. Paul Brewbaker, is a well-known economist and the Chair of the Council on Revenues for the state of Hawaii.
The Expo begins at 1:00 pm with an afternoon program of seminars, panel discussions, and a keynote speaker during dinner.
